Make a Statement

Hello hello!
Accessories are the topper to complete any outfit. They are the make or break of an ensemble. I personally love to wear a few different pieces at one time, but sometimes you truly only need one special piece to finish off a look. Statement necklaces have been big for the past couple of years and I have a feeling that they are not going away any time soon! Here are some new favorites that I have recently procured.

The two necklaces on the side are both from New York and Company; I bought these two on a major pre-Christmas sale for only six dollars a piece. I instantly fell in love with the blue necklace because it reminded me of Tiffany blue and it really pops against a black sweater. I love finding big statements that don't break the bank! The silver necklace is older, but is from the Loft. I'm sure they would have something very similar to it if you went now. 

Statement necklaces are great when paired with oversized sweaters, simple dresses, or to dress up a basic tee shirt, jeans, and flats outfit.

Fresh Start

Hello hello world wide web, Savannah here. This might be my first blog post on this site, but I once ran a site for over four years. The site started back in 2010 and documented my journey throughout high school and the first semester of college. The site was perfect for the girl I used to be, but I've grown up and I want to start fresh on a new site. I wanted to document a whole new journey in my life. I also wanted to start it before 2015 began because I didn't want to just start it because it was a new year. I think fresh starts can begin on a random day in October or whatever day you truly decide to commit to what you want out of life.

The reason behind the blog's name comes from the fact that I live in Florida, therefore I'm southern. I lack a filter and always have some sort of sassy quip coming out of my mouth. The savvy part comes from the fact that my friends shorten my name, Savannah, to savvy. Triple S.

I plan on using this site to talk fashion, beauty, fitness, and whatever floats my boat. This will probably be more of a lifestyle blog. If ya'll want to stick around and follow whatever sassy rambles come out of me and onto this site, then that would be fabulous. I really hope you all do like what you see and choose to follow!
